Room Temp- 95-98 degrees
Various modalities of yoga are incorporated within a (Vinyasa)Prana flow series of earth,air, fire, water and ether. Mandala Medicine wheel sequencings in a soul filled moving meditation.

Build stamina, strength, flexibility and balance. Bring rejuvenation & relaxation to all systems of the body.
Mindful practice,deepening awareness through breath, intention & meditation.
Special attention is given to proper body alignment and weight distribution. All ages, levels and body types are welcome. Modifications given.

V Method: Core Awakening (non-heated)

We will be integrating the following approaches:

  • Sol Flow Yoga

  • chi-training with weighted balls, weights, midline, Proprioception and subtle body awareness

  • Intention, attuning & meditation practices

  • Somatic, Yoga & Pilates inspired movements

  • Core Awakening through Bhanda development, supporting the retention & flow of prana

  • Integrating East and West modalities of healing & wellness.

  • Active & passive asana practice for deep core neuromuscular activation, release & awakening

  • Improve the power of the brain/heart/breath connection through energy anatomy exercises

All of these elements work together to create a sense of strength, grace, well-being and balance. This class leaves you feeling energized, relaxed and strong in your body.
Bring a Yoga mat. Weights, blocks and Yoga straps will be provided.

Rooted in African technique & Hawaiian inspired movements, we will learn the steps and isolations, with a focus on dancing from your core. There will be an emphasis on Hips, Belly, Booty and Style. Brycken's unique choreography embodies the natural world and inspires your imagination.

Dance Fusion

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world.
The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance with Sol Dance Fusion’s movement of the heart and soul !  You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class.
Fernanda is bringing her passion for dance and healing from Mexico, her bright energy and warmth of heart shines through her love of dance as well as her talent for cooking! ( ask her about the cookbook she is creating from her grandmothers recipes and restaurant she had in Mexico)

Sol Restore (non-heated)

Slow it down, Relax and replenish your body, mind and soul and find stillness in deep stretches, restorative postures  & *yoga Nidra(yoga of sleep) to soothing music in a candlelit room! Most poses are on the floor supported by Yoga props. This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions, as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice.
