V Method: Core Awakening, women only (non-heated)

Monday & Wednesday 10:45-11:45am

  • We will be integrating the following approaches for Embodied womb Wellness and empowerment!

  • chi-training with weighted balls, weights, midline, Proprioception and subtle body awareness

  • Intention, attuning & meditation practices

  • Sol Method Somatic,Yoga & Pilates inspired movements

  • Core Awakening through Bhanda development, supporting the retention & flow of prana

  • Integrating East and West modalities of healing & wellness.

  • Active & passive asana practice for deep core neuromuscular activation, release & awakening

  • Improve the power of the brain/heart/breath connection through energy anatomy exercises

  • All of these elements work together to create a sense of strength, grace, well-being and balance. This class leaves you feeling energized, relaxed and strong in your body.
    Bring a Yoga mat. Weights, blocks and Yoga straps will be provided.

Soul Alchemy: Modern Dance Fusion
Innovative Choreography “born from our bodies voice”.

Incorporates the V Method Core, Soul Alchemy Dance and Modern Tribal Fusion Dance.

Inspired by Modern-Jazz, Afro-Latin-Flamenco, Freestyle-House, Ceremonial-Temple and Yoga-Somatic Therapies.

Sol Prana Flow (HEATED)

Sol Prana Fusion: Dive into the journey of Soul with a vinyasa flow class based on the Sol founding principles of the 5 elements(earth,air, fire,water & ether) and Mandala 3 foldness - thinking (right thought feeling (open heart) and willing (right action)  Breathe, Intention and transformation are the focus as we detox & purify grounding our focus with a playlist filled with world rhythms celebrating all  traditions.

Sol Meditation & Restorative

Slow it down, Relax and replenish your body, mind and soul and find stillness in deep stretches, restorative postures  & *yoga Nidra(yoga of sleep) to soothing music in a candlelit room! Most poses are on the floor supported by Yoga props. This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle and restorative practice. Deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility, reduces pain and the effects of stress. Students with injuries, arthritis or other chronic conditions, as well as students with a more vigorous yoga practice will benefit from this practice.

 

*Based on ancient teaching of meditation that translates to "yogic sleep", Yoga Nidra is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to deep emotional, physical and psychological healing and well-being.
